At Silk Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned silk garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
